Crafting with Kids

Creating with “FiFe”

Spring Break 2017 meant our little family enjoyed a stay-cation. One of the many activities I had lined up for the week included crafting this sweet scene (CASE by the talented Ingrid Oudijk) . My son loves cranking the Big Shot and my daughter enjoys using the brush to loosen and remove the paper from a thinlit.  It really was a cooperative effort.  And we broke the project up over several days since it includes many steps.  I was in charge of folding, cutting, adhering, and I did choose the color scheme, but otherwise FiFe (what you get when you smash together the first 2 letters of my daughter’s first name and the first 2 letters of my son’s first name) took the lead. I’m so pleased with how things turned out!!

What are you doing to celebrate Spring?

Happy crafting, Friends!
